New year, new winds, new directions

Raining Down Promises |
Some of you have noticed different winds that have been blowing in your lives and you are finding yourselves traveling in new directions. It seems that God is taking all us out of our comfort zones and into parts unknown, causing us to hold tightly to his promises, and rest in his faithfulness.
I have discovered over the years that a childlike faith can get us through the rough seas. And keeping his promises close to our hearts and nurtured in our spirits will allow us to adjust our sails without fear of the journey or the new destination.
If I have any New Year's resolution this year, it is to pursue an intimacy and friendship with the Lord as never before. In that way I never have to fear a God-ordained journey into regions unknown and unexplored. As fresh winds are blowing, his promises are continually raining down upon us. |
