The Crown is a commissioned piece depicting the life changing, end-time vision God gave to a young woman named Marnie about a year before He called her home. Her vision was such a powerful prophecy of hope and destiny that it became the catalyst to transform her troubled life and bring her out of bondage. Three days before Marnie was suddenly taken home at age thirty-one, she spoke of how much she looked forward to receiving her crown.
The Crown is a reminder that God has a destiny for each of us, first in our earthly lives, and then ultimately to be in His Presence forever.
“Finally, there is laid up for me, the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give me on that Day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing” (2 Timothy 4:8).
